Usual fee for Traffic and District Court Matters is $ 350.00, for each day in Court ( not including a trial if necessary ). Felony charges in District, or County Court ( D & E ) $ 400.00, each day in Court ( not including trial if necessary ) Joint and Individual Chapter 7 starting at  $ 1,00.00  + filing fee. Joint, or individual chapter 13 starting at $ 2,100.00, + filing fees. Uncontested Divirce, no children, or assets from $ 1,000.00 + Court costs. Uncontested Divorce, Children and or assets, starting at $ 1,700.00 + Court costs. Single, or 2 family sale, or purchase of a home, starting at $ 900.00. Simple Will $ 150.00. fees may be higher depending on complexity of services and facts associated with each case. Free initial consultation.
